TradeHorizone provides managed trading, investments, staking, courses and a referral program. Product pages and checkout screens include product-specific rules and schedules. All products remain subject to admin verification and applicable terms shown at purchase.

• Payouts are processed after verification; TradeHorizone may delay or withhold payouts for fraud/compliance.
• Fees and thresholds are displayed where applicable; deposits and withdrawals are subject to processing timelines.

6. User Conduct

You must not use the platform for illegal activity, manipulation, or abuse. Violations may lead to suspension or termination.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

To the maximum permitted by law, services are provided "as is." TradeHorizone is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid by you in the prior 12 months.
